Phase One
I will meet with you to discuss the naming day ceremony once a booking has been made
At that meeting I will ask a series of questions to understand what your vision is for your child’s naming ceremony after which I will give you guidance or ideas in respect to:
- The structure of the ceremony
- What sort of things you may like to include
- Who you may wish to include
- The setup and venue
Phase Two
After our initial meeting, I will send you the following:
- Sample poems
- Wording for parent/s, siblings or others taking part
- Sample structure of the ceremony
I will then begin to create the ceremony and send a first draft
Phase Three
Once agreement has been made on the wording of the ceremony:
- I will prepare and refine any wording or transitions
- I will design and print a commemorative certificate to be signed on the day
And finally…..I will arrive 1 hour early on the naming day and setup
