In efforts to develop Mandy Taylor’s small business, Taylored Ceremonies & Life Celebrations, Mandy’s vision of supporting couples with their wedding plans meant that collaboration with other businesses in the industry was key!
Moving to Merriwa in 2023 Mandy saw the opportunities within the town to attract tourists and ultimately clients to choose Merriwa as an idyllic venue.

Over the past 4 decades, Mandy has gained extensive experience in small business development. Predominantly in retail, hospitality, finance, event management and within the wedding industry.
She has worked within a number of business communities across NSW and and held prominent positions on many committees related to business including NSW Business Chamber for Alliance members.
Giving Back
Mandy is a firm believer in ‘giving back’ to communities. Business Connect Merriwa will be run voluntarily with the aim of driving business to the town under the Tourism banner. Throughout that process, Mandy will share her life experience, skillsets, knowledge and networks in support to other businesses so they may grow.
